High blood pressure can cause kidney damage and raise your risk for heart disease, stroke, vision loss, and other health concerns. HBP Control is a workshop that teaches you skills and tools to take control of your high blood pressure.

Health Coaching

Modeled after the WISEWOMAN program, the health coaching program provides free health coaching and risk reduction counseling to help you make small, healthy changes in your life. Health coaching is available to adults 18 and older who want to make healthy changes by setting small goals.
