This state-of-the-art tool provides vital data on chronic kidney disease (CKD) screening, prevalence, and trends in Michigan, helping policymakers, healthcare providers, and community organizations identify where programs and services are most needed.

- Cost estimates that show the measure of the financial burden to Michigan’s Medicaid program of CKD and its risk factors.
