The Diabetes Prevention Program is offered a number of different ways to best meet the needs of all individuals. Read each description and pick which learning method is best for you. We offer year-long workshops in many different ways that start on various days and times throughout the year, so there is usually a type, day, and time that will work for you! Click on the box with the type of workshop you’ve picked and you’ll be taken to the page with upcoming dates. The sessions listed are information sessions that do not necessarily line up with our scheduled workshop start dates. Join a DPP workshop in a community setting along with a small group (usually less than 15) and a trained coach. Meet weekly together at the same place and time to learn how to prevent diabetes while connecting personally with your group members and coach. This method is best for someone likes to learn in a group setting and has reliable transportation.
Distance Learning on Zoom
