Thank you for your interest in the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)!

We encourage you to attend an Information Session to learn more about the program prior to registering for a class. At the Information Session, you will learn the basics about DPP, have your questions answered, and determine whether you are ready for this lifestyle change program. This CDC-recognized program has helped thousands of people to prevent or delay diabetes by losing weight, becoming more physically active, and learning how to maintain a healthier lifestyle. It’s helpful, it’s enlightening, and it works! All upcoming Information Sessions and classes will occur virtually via Zoom.

RSVP for a virtual (Zoom) information session at the link below. By signing up for an information session, you agree to be contacted by phone, email, and text message regarding this program or service.

This program is offered in English and Spanish. Este programa es ofrecido en Ingles y Español.
