The Diabetes Prevention Program is offered a number of different ways to best meet the needs of all individuals. Read each description and pick which learning method is best for you. We offer year-long workshops in many different ways that start on various days and times throughout the year, so there is usually a type, day, and time that will work for you! Click on the box with the type of workshop you’ve picked and you’ll be taken to the page with upcoming dates. The sessions listed are information sessions that do not necessarily line up with our scheduled workshop start dates. Join us for an Information Session to get more details about the program, find out how to register, and details on our upcoming programming schedule.
