Welcome back to our returning Kids Camp families, and a warm welcome to those joining us for the first time! We’re excited to offer a safe, engaging summer experience filled with fun, connection, and lasting memories.
Your child’s health and safety are our top priorities. The Kids Camp team strongly recommends that all campers are up to date on immunizations, including meningitis, influenza, and COVID-19.

How to Register
Kids Camp uses CampDoc, a secure and user-friendly electronic registration and health record system.
- Create your camper’s profile to get started (returning families can log in using their existing CampDoc account)
- Easily update information at any time (for example, medication changes before camp)
- All data is protected to ensure your child’s privacy
- Downloaded and printed
- Completed by your child’s nephrologist or primary care physician
- Uploading it to your camper’s CampDoc profile, or
- Emailing it to kidscamp@nkfm.org
Please note: This form is required for attendance and must be submitted before camp. No exceptions.
