Do you have diabetes and want help managing it? Diabetes PATH is a 6-week workshop that will provide you with skills and tools to better manage living with diabetes. Diabetes PATH was originally developed at Stanford University under the program name: Diabetes Self-Management Program.
If you’re at risk of type 2 diabetes, the DPP’s small group setting, along with a trained and passionate coach, helps you make sustained, healthy lifestyle changes.
