Kids Camp uses “CampDoc” an electronic registration and health record system.  CampDoc is user-friendly, secure and password-protected to ensure the privacy of your child’s health information.  Once a profile has been created, camper information can be saved and updated as needed. (Example: a change in medication before the camp week).

Also, The Medical Clearance & Treatment Form must be downloaded, printed, and completed by your camper’s nephrologist or primary care physician. Once completed, the form must be uploaded directly to the camper’s CampDoc profile or emailed to kidscamp@nkfm.org  No exceptions.
