PATH - Personal Action Toward Health is a six week workshop that helps people living with long-term health problems (or their caregivers) to better manage their symptoms and improve their health. Participants create personal action plans and learn how to deal with the challenges of ongoing health problems.

Diabetes-PATH is a six-week workshop designed to help people living with diabetes (or their caregivers) to improve their health and better manage this complex disease. Participants will be better equipped to face the daily challenge of living with diabetes by making a weekly action plan, sharing experiences, and learning to solve problems.

Enhance Fitness is a physical activity class that focuses on aerobic conditioning, strength training, flexibility and balance training. It is provided by trained instructors and offered at a variety of community locations. People can exercise seated or standing based on their ability and comfort level during the class.
