From community coaltions and lay health intervention programs, to evidence based chronic disease management program, the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan enjoys working in and with communities throughout Michigan. All of the Communities & Families programs are free and we welcome opportunities to collaborate and partner with community members, businesses and municipalities.
